The delivery is approximately 7-10 working days since the day of order. Wallpapers are custom made and all orders received by 14:00 are worked on the same day, orders received after 14:00 are worked on the next working day.
When your order is ready, the wallpaper is packed in the appropriate box, together with instructions for the installation and is sent to your address.

Express deliveries are available at an extra cost. Please contact us at info@designwithlove.eu the price of express deliveries, the additional European and International prices and lead-times.

European and International orders will generate tracking details when despatched. All Products must be paid for prior to delivery.

If there is any damage to goods in transit, this should be notified to Design With Love with full particulars within five working days of delivery.

We cannot be financially liable for delay in delivering the Products, however, arising.

What about returns?

Unfortunately, we can accept returns only if the wallpaper has been damaged during transport or if we sent you the wrong wallpaper. We don’t accept returns without justifiable reason because stickers are custom made and we cannot use it for anything or anybody else.

If you have doubts about the installation of the wallpaper and you are not certain that you can pull it off the way you imagined it, we suggest you try to hire the expert person to do it for you, because we cannot take the responsibility for the faults due to the wrong installation.
